	Ten percent (10%) tuition fee discount for all alumni members and siblings for courses offered in all school under AMA Education System. Five percent (5%) discount for all members only in all CONEC Programs. Entry and use of AMA Campus facilities. Please read the guidelines.
	Guidelines on the use of school facilities by AMAES Alumni 1. All AMA graduates, upon presentation of a valid alumni ID, can gain entry to any AMA Campus and have access to the following school facilities: 1.1 Library 1.2 Audio Visual Room 1.3 Gymnasium 1.4 Room 1.5 Canteen 2. Procedure on usage 2.1 Library 2.1.1 AMA alumni can use the library from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM till 7:00 PM. 2.1.2 AMA alumni can conduct research, browse through books, magazines, journals, theses and other research/reading materials but cannot bring them home (for in-house reading/research only). 2.2 Audio-Visual Room (AVR) 2.2.1 AMA alumni can utilize the Audio-Visual Room and equipment related to the use thereof such as sound system, overhead/LCD projector and projector screen (subject to its availability). 2.2.2 Maximum use of the AVR is for two (2) hours only. 2.2.3 Reservation should be made for the use of the AVR and equipment one (1) week before its scheduled date. Alumni must specify exact date, time and reason for AVR use. 2.2.4 Request should be addressed to the School Administrator through the Office of the Student Affairs, and duly approved by the former. 2.3 Gymnasium 2.3.1 AMA alumni can make use of the gymnasium depending on its availability. 2.3.2 Maximum use of the gym is for two (2) hours only. 2.3.3 Reservation should be made for the use of the gym one (1) week before its scheduled date. Alumni must specify exact date, time and activity for the use of the gym. 2.3.4 Request should be addressed to the School Administrator through the Office of the Student Affairs, and duly approved by the former. 2.4 Room 2.4.1 AMA alumni can request a room for meeting purposes (subject to its availability). 2.4.2 Maximum use of the room is for two (2) hours only. 2.4.3 Reservation should be made for the use of the room one (1) week prior to its scheduled date. Alumni must specify exact date, time and purpose for the use of the room. 2.4.4 Request should be addressed to the School Administrator through the Office of the Student Affairs, and duly approved by the former. 2.5 Canteen 2.5.1 AMA alumni can have their meals at the school canteen. Limitations 2.6 Use of the Computer and Internet Laboratories are not allowed since this is dedicated to students’ use.
